No indoor smoking. If you smoke outdoors, ensure all windows/doors are closed. Well supervised children are welcome, but be aware there are breakable items and many stairs. Children must be supervised on balconies. Please be mindful of neighbors at night by having reasonable noise levels and (when outdoor spaces are not in use), turn off outdoor lights by 10:00 PM. Shower to remove sand and lotions prior to entering hot tub, and adhere to posted hot tub rules. Do not leave fire pit unattended.
